Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and initiative promotional campaigns and monitor sales performance in order to achieve sales target
• Prepare marketing materials and implement programs together with different channels, include Call Centre, bank channels etc
• Conduct product training, sales coaching and provide solution-focused service
• Suggest and develop insurance products and programs by working closely with internal departments
• Develop good relationship with Bancassurance partner and customers
• Support in daily operation of Bancassurance team

Requirements:

• University or above with ANZIIF qualification preferred
• Min. 7 - 8 years' working experience
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship and presentation skills
• Pro-active, energetic with strong sales and service mindset
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Hands on PC knowledge & skills (Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint)
