This is a 100
% subsidiary of EDS Inc, USA. We were responsible as consultants for
their setting up of the Duty free Development centre in Chennai covering
the areas of obtaining clearance from Customs/Excise and various Government
authorities. Also involved in setting up their expansion in Tidel
Park measuring 1,00,000 sq. ft. having an out lay of over US$ 4M.
Also helping them on the day to day procedures and compliances to
be made in the Import/Export areas.

Philips Medical Systems
(I) Ltd
Handling their
Secretarial/Legal matters. Also handling their associate Company's
matters on the above areas, besides Direct & Indirect taxes. Currently
we are responsible for the implementation of the integration of Agilent
Technologies (Medical Division) with Philips Medical Systems in India
in the areas of Finance/Accounts/ Secretarial/Legal and Personnel
and property matters.

Toppan Management Systems
(India) Ltd.
Toppan is one
of the largest Printing Company in the world with Head Quarters in
Japan and has set up a subsidiary in India for Software Development
activities. We are advising them on accounts/finance, commercial/legal/secretarial
functions.

Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore
Assisting them
in their Secretarial/Legal functions especially in the areas of fixation
and obtaining of approval from the Government for the payment of Managerial
remuneration to Expat Directors. Also conducting Secretarial Compliance
Audit.

Qualcom India Inc.
Qualcom US had
set up a development centre for their software activities besides
implementation of CDMA technology for telecom Companies in India in
1997 with an investment out lay of US$ 10M. They had set up two centres
in India located at Delhi and Chennai. We were responsible for the
implementation of the project in Chennai and on their decision to
reduce their India operations, we were responsible for sale of the
facilities in Chennai. We are also responsible for the maintenance
of accounts and compliance of legal/secretarial formalities subsequent
to the above decisions.

Saralee India Pvt. Ltd.
Saralee USA, a
Fortune 500 Company, had set up 100% subsidiary in India for manufacture
of foods and confectioneries in Chennai. We were involved in obtaining
approvals in respect of the Indirect Taxation and advising them on
Taxation/Import Export matters. We also supported them in making an
application to the Department of Science & Technology, Government
of India for recognition of their R&D activities.

the setting up and maintenance of their India Branch and involved
in identification, selection and finalisation of their Offshore Development
Partner.
