| FDHL is being handled and managed by experienced and qualified professionals under the able guidance and support of their two Consultants: R.RAMKUMAR, B.Sc., A.C.A. and G.NARAYANAN, B.Com., B.G.L., A.C.S. R Ramkumar, B.Sc, ACAR Ramkumar is aged 48 years and qualified Chartered Accountant since 1976. He has held senior positions in various large corporations such as ACC, Glaxo, Telco, Sanmar Group. He was also responsible for setting up of a large Chemical Plant (Project Cost US$ 25M). He also had a overseas position, having worked in a large conglomerate in Middle East. His area of experience covers Accounts, Finance, Taxation and Systems besides interaction with leading big five Audit Firms. G Narayanan, B.Com., B.G.L., A.C.S.G Narayanan is aged 45 years and is a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 1981 and holding a Bachelor's degree in general laws. He had worked in a Public Sector Bank in India for six years and thereafter worked in Sanmar Group for about 15 years. Responsible for setting up of various Joint Ventures for the electronic group of Sanmar which includes the Mobile Phone project for two of the States in consortium with two multinational partners from Sweden and Thailand. His area of experience
includes Legal, Secretarial, Industrial Licensing, Foreign Collaborations,
Indirect taxes and real estate and property matters. |
