WELFAB is an Oil & Gas Manufacturer and Supplier for many platforms, tanks, modules, cantilever, piping, offshore equipments, electrical parts, etc for oil rigs. Our clients comprise of Rig Owners, Offshore Equipments and Service Providers and Oil & Gas Companies.

• Develop and ensure implementation/compliance with Project Quality Plan (PQP), project quality related procedures for document control, change control, material control/inspection/ testing, material Inspection and Test Plan (ITP)


• Maintenance and resolution of non-conformance issues.


• Develop WPS/PQR/WQT.


• Ensure inspection procedures and requirements are complied with through surveillance and witnessed inspection


• Ensure acceptable uniform interpretation of defined technical and quality requirements.


• Perform vendor shop surveys when required.

• Have an engineering Degree or Equal


• Self started, able to work under pressure


• Excellent interpersonal skills, good command of English


• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff in multi-cultural environment


• Computer literate


• Familiar with:
  • International materials standards
  • Pressure/process piping & vessel codes
  • Building structural and electrical codes
  • NDT and welding procedures
  • ASME.ANSI codes

• Developing and implementing Project Quality Plan, document control, change control, material inspection and test plans, NDT and other quality related procedures.


• Hands-on knowledge in NDT result interpretation, welding process WPS/PQR/WQT.
