• To supervise production activities including manpower planning, maximization of machine capacity, quality control and utilize production resources effectively.


• To execute production plan to meet daily output.


• To ensure customer’s requirement are met according to job specification and on-time delivery.


• Ensure production operator and leader are properly trained, aware of the set standard operating procedures and strictly follows.

• Diploma/Degrees in Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Management are encouraged to apply.


• 3 to 5 years working experience in Production Supervisory / Executive capacity in related field is required.


• Pleasant personality, self-motivated, possess a positive attitude, able to work under pressure and not be afraid of hard work with long hours.


• Strong leadership, management, independent and having analytical skills.


• Computer literate.


• Knowledge of ISO 9001, preferable but not essential.


• Willing to work shift.
