Process Engineer

(Penang - Prai ~ Auto City)

Responsibilities :

• To in-charge of Motorola and PACE project


• To deliver and prepare all product transferred and provide quality improvement support


• To liaise with program team, lead all NPI and mass production build

Requirements :

• Degree / Diploma in an Engineering discipline


• Minimum 2 years' experience in PCB and Box-Build Assembly, EMS industry preferably


• Able to define and implement processes and parameters for PCB and Box-Build Assembly


• Familiar with problem-solving techniques and have considerable knowledge in the design of experiments


• Able to lead a team for project start-up and improvement activities


• Responsible for quality, yield and cost in process engineering


• Responsible for qualification and buy-off of equipment and processes


• Define acceptable process yields for critical processes as well as troubleshoot line and process-related issues on production lines


• Drive production towards zero defect


• Required language(s): Chinese, English
