• Able to manage and prepare main and sub-contract documentation, as well providing support in the estimation of projects costs, preparation of tender documents, bills of quantities and others requirements.


• Assist to manage resolution of contractual claims from pre-tender to post-contract stages.


• Responsible for valuation of progress payment, progress report writing, variation orders, closing of final accounts and implementation of cost control measures as well as other quantity surveying related duties.

• Candidate must posses a recognized degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying.


• Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in estimating and costing of construction projects.


• Possess strong leadership quality, resourceful with good interpersonal and communication skills.


• Willing to travel outstation.


• Able to work independently.
