Purpose of Position Develop and implement market communications plans and executes advertising and public relations effectively. Manage advertising agency, media owners, merchandising agency and public relations consultants. Drive brand/product visibility, purchase consideration and usage, through effective use of all elements of an integrated marketing program including events, PR and channel/POSM
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Formulate, develop and implement marketing communication plans
- Manage advertising agency, media owners and public relation consultants
- Responsible for the creation/adaptation of product literature and retail marketing materials
- Develop and implement engagement strategy and communications / marketing plans for social media and platforms
- Maximize visibility of the company’s brand in a consistent way, while maximizing marketing investment ROI
- Responsible for the adaptation/development of materials for print, TVC and internet
- Co-ordinate, organize and manage press briefings and public relations programs
- Execute the complete marketing communications plan in a timely and effective manner

Requirements Good university degree with strong interest in technologyFull-range marketing experience in B2C business within a multinationalExcellent presentation skills with ability to present to different levels of internal and external management and stakeholders.Experience in telecommunications/technology industry and/or technologically savvy.Digital marketing experiences required with proven track record in social media including blogging, blogger relations, management of facebook or similar, or other means of evangelizing on behalf of a consumer brandAt least 5 years of proven track record in effective management of agencies would be an advantageRetail experience and/or ability to manage outsourced partners, distributors and retailers would be an advantageCommercial acumen/background is essential and an analytical thinking person to work independently and providing effective solution Interested applicants, please write in with detailed resume, stating current and expected salaries, preferably with photo enclosure to bernard.ong@adecco-asia.com
