They are actively seeking out for a dynamic, multi-tasked individual to take on the challenges of the position "Channel Marketing Manager". Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for the management, development and performance of all key account partners.
- Develop and implement account management plans to achieve optimum growth and profitability of channel account partners and corporate customers.
- Establish joint account planning and map strategies that will produce maximum returns, influencing consumer preferences and purchases.
- Regular review of pricing practices and potential business issues. Recommends and implements programs to help achieve sales objectives
- Ensures key account partners and field sales force are fully trained and have access to adequate information & tools to sell products
- Develop and build positive relationships with account partners, establishing a pattern of cooperation through strategic partnering ultimately achieving synergy with partners.
- Evaluate competitive market intelligence and prepare strategies and tactics to counter the effectiveness of present and emerging competitors
- Develops marketing plans and ensure in-store promotional programs are being effectively implemented.
- Ensures quality merchandising is being effectively executed in line with guidelines
- Manages and executes channel account development & nationwide distribution expansion projects.
Job Requirements: - Degree or post graduate degree holder with at least 5 years experience in sales, marketing or trade / channel marketing with proven track record in dealer / retailer management as well as channel / retail marketing
- A sales / marketing professional who is well versed in distribution structure design, channel incentives and sell-through management, retail and merchandising management and field sales management, training and motivation
- Have a strong retail experience in telecommunications or consumer products industries would be useful.
- Ability to communicate and coordinate activities with several departments in order to accomplish sales objectives
- A strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, presentation and problem solving skills, as well as strong attention to details.
- Be driven and results-oriented and with strong business acumen and keen sense of technology developments and market trends in the mobile telecommunications/consumer electronics market.
- A team player who is creative and with the ability to inspire commitments and influence others.
