Working closely with the engineering team, you are to supervise and support district cooling plant, cogeneration plant and/or multi-technical facilities management projects in the preliminary and detailed engineering phases.  You will propose preliminary design for projects including mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and control system based on Dalkia quality and performance standards, taking into consideration future operation, maintenance and energy consumption.

Thereafter, your task is to review design done by design institute or engineering company, and propose technical improvements.  It is critical that you follow-up on the plan and budget, and conduct operational audits.  One of your key targets is to deliver the engineering design on time.

You will need to regularly communicate the progress reports to the project manager and/or customers.  In addition, you will prepare technical data needed for Business Plan.

To be successful, you must possess

¡ñ     A mechanical engineering degree

¡ñ     5 to 7 years’ experience in engineering and/or operations.  Those with more years of experience will be considered for senior positions.

¡ñ     Excellent communication skills in English

¡ñ     Creative in work approach and work effectively in a team 

¡ñ     Familiar with CAD and MS Project.

¡ñ     Able to travel within Asia
