  • SALES COORDINATOR


    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

    • Prepare quotation and CRR

    • Handle customer enquiry

    • Liase and coordinate between customers, salesman and production

    • Handle incoming calls, faxes and email

    • Assist Sales Manager in preparing Sales Report and maintain filing system

    • To assist in conducting presentation to walk-in-customer

    • To attend daily production meeting with the production personnel

    • To monitor daily delivery and order from customer base on CRR Log book

    • To carry out other ad-hoc assignment and instructions as directed from time to time


    QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

    • Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent

    • 2 years of relevant working experience in sales support/services

    • Computer literate

    • Good interpersonal and written skills
