SALES COORDINATOR
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Prepare quotation and CRR
Handle customer enquiry
Liase and coordinate between customers, salesman and production
Handle incoming calls, faxes and email
Assist Sales Manager in preparing Sales Report and maintain filing system
To assist in conducting presentation to walk-in-customer
To attend daily production meeting with the production personnel
To monitor daily delivery and order from customer base on CRR Log book
To carry out other ad-hoc assignment and instructions as directed from time to time
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
2 years of relevant working experience in sales support/services
Computer literate
Good interpersonal and written skills
