QA/QC EXECUTIVE
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Defines, manages and control Quality Assurance System Procedures and monitor the implementation of system
Schedules and conduct Internal Quality Assurance Audits
Monitor non-conforming product’s report, corrective and preventive action and customer complaints
Analyse the non-conformance related to the rejects on in-coming, in-process and final inspection
Analyse information related to late deliveries and customer complaints
Issue and distribution of quality documents
Responsible for calibration of inspection equipments
To carry out any other ad-hoc assignment and instructions as directed or instructed
Prepare the Quality Control Plan and the Quality Control Checklist
Raise the Non-Conformance Report to Quality Assurance Executive after serious non-conformance is encountered and report to the Factory Management
Provide technical and quality related assistance to Quality Assurance, R & D and Purchasing Department
