Customer Service Officer/Executive Post Date: 06 Nov 09

Job Responsibilities:

• To liaise and coordinate with customers for daily shipment requirements

• To handle sales order processing, delivery order, invoicing and filing

• Liaise with planners and storekeepers to ensure sufficient stock to fulfill customers' requirements

• Arrange shipment and prepare relevant shipping documentations


Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Studies or Logistics

• Min 1 year's relevant working experience

• Bilingual in English & Mandarin

• Basic knowledge of handling shipping documents
