We specialize in the operation of the finest and most luxurious fitness and beauty clubs exclusively for women. Over the past 30 years, Phillip Wain has been in the forefront of the fitness and beauty industry in Asia having pampered, toned and slimmed women of all ages, shapes and sizes with excellent results. We currently runs 9 clubs in the Asia region, in countries including Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. In Malaysia, the 2 Phillip Wain clubs are located at Millennium Tower and at The Weld, respectively.

Responsibilities:-
- Manage a team of Sales Consultants, train and develop them to ensure the achievement of set targets and effective execution of sales and customer service.
- Implement and ensure success of all sales plans and strategies.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance.
- Be hands-on in selling, where necessary.
Requirements:
- Ladies only.
- Degree in Business Management, Marketing or its equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience in beauty and/or fitness industry with proven sales track record and at least 3 years’ experience in sales management.
- Dynamic and target-oriented with strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills to drive sales.
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to coach and mentor.
Attractive remuneration according to past experience. Package over to RM100,000 per annum may be offered to the suitable candidate.
