Phillip Wain Ladies Fitness & Beauty Club, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lisbeth Group. We specialize in the operation of the finest and most luxurious fitness and beauty clubs exclusively for women. Over the past 30 years, Phillip Wain has been in the forefront of the fitness and beauty industry in Asia having pampered, toned and slimmed women of all ages, shapes and sizes with excellent results. We currently runs 9 clubs in the Asia region, in countries including Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. In Malaysia, the 2 Phillip Wain clubs are located at Millennium Tower and at The Weld, respectively.

Responsibilities:-
- Conduct training and supervise a team of head therapists in training capacity.
- Develop, plan and implement new treatments.
- Manage and ensure success of all treatment plans and programs.
- Monitor technical standard for a group of 70 therapists.
- Ensure standardization of technical procedure.
- Sourcing for new products/equipment.
- Formulation and documentation of technical and service protocol.
- Manage internal studies, surveys and other continuous improvement methods to enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
- Ladies only.
- Degree in Management or equivalent in any beauty disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years’ training experience in beauty service industry with at least 3 years in managerial role.
- Ability to deliver upscale customer service and hospitality standards.
- Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Dynamic leadership, coaching and interpersonal skills.
