Responsibilities :
- To handle customer calls, complaints and enquiries professionally.
- Orally explains information to the customer including requirements and policies
- Answers customer questions on petitions, procedures and policies
- Creates and updates records and necessary work materials to ensure that information is correct;
- Liaise and follow up deliveries with customers
- Handling day to day sales activities including customer enquiries, request, issuing quotations, entering customer database, document filing, and payment follow up.
- To assist Sales Team in PO following up and order processing
- To analyze and process research data to report.
- To assign or verify severity assignment, or problem description.
- To resolve problems within agreed service level.
- Able to handle basic clerical and administrative duties within the office.
- Neat and meticulous in handling work and gracious in manner.
Requirements :
- At least Diploma or its equivalent qualification
- Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Service oriented, pleasant deposition with good interpersonal, communication skills.
- PC literate and good knowledge in MS Office
- Well organized and detail-oriented
- Strong ethics and loyalty for the needs of others
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Preferable those who can start immediately
