• Assist in design, development and deployment of application functionalities within customer environments


• Work closely with Project Manager to manage and execute all aspects of project activities


• Translate customer requirements into specifications, perform quality assurance and user acceptance test within customer environment


• Guide and lead the development team


• To manage clients/vendors/partners and ensure the system delivery meets business specifications


• Other responsibilities include providing technical support, presales, and customer training

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent


• Possess at least 3 years of application development experience. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply


• Strong programming skills in Microsoft .NET, Java, J2EE, Servlet, VBScript and Javascript


• Required skill(s): Project Management. Certification in Project Management will be an added advantage


• Showing efficiency, dedication and commitment in work


• Independent and have the initiative to learn and take on responsibilities


• Self-motivated, mature and able to work independently under pressure


• Experience in MS SQL Server. Knowledge in Oracle, Websphere, Weblogic, JBoss will be added advantage


• Experience and good knowledge in Web application, experience in Adobe LiveCycle products and Adobe Flex will be an added advantage


• Knowledge in business application systems, distributed/multi-tier/web-services/web-based applications would be an added advantage

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Chinese Language would be an added advantage


• Good communication, organizational, planning and interpersonal skills


• Analytical, resourceful and able to work independently as well as to participate in a team


• Able to work independently and efficiently under pressure
