Responsibilities:
Handling various clients' enquiries
Understanding & giving solutions to clients' problems
Updating database & information
Ad hoc functions & tasks as assigned by head of departments
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree holders
SPM holders with relevant working experience are welcomed
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Candidates with experience in customer service, banking, call centre or marketing will have an added advantage
Good communication skills in English & BM
Additional languages like Mandarin, Arabic etc will have an added advantage
Able to start immediately
