Our client is one of the leading call centres in Malaysia & they are in the midst of expanding. They are looking for Tele-marketers to join their outbound department in handling various projects ranging from banking products, investments, insurance etc. He/She must have good communication skills in English & BM & have a penchant in promoting products to clients at all levels.

Responsibilities:

Introducing & promoting various products to clients via phone

Assisting clients in solving various problems related to the products

Updating clients' database & information

Meeting KPIs set by the organisation

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least SPM or Diploma

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Good communication skills in English & BM

Additional languages like Mandarin, Arabic etc will have an added advantage

He/She with experience in outbound, sales/marketing, banking, insurance or call centre experience are highly desirable
