Responsibilities:
- Answering all incoming calls in a competent and professional manner, attend guest who come to office.
- To assist in general admin task and filing in the office.
- To administer the sending and receiving of all company mails and parcels and keeping proper records.
- Keeping the reception / office area neat, tidy and clean at all times to project good image of the company.
- Handle ad-hoc duties as and when required.
