Our client is a well known organisation in the media & entertainment industry & they are looking for a Project Manager to to handle DR site & remote content ingest. He/She will need to have experience in IT network connectivity, SQL cluster 64 bit for DR, knowledge on HP Business copy & EVA SAN for DR. Candidates with telco or broadcasting experience are highly encouraged to apply. He/She must have a proven track record & good leadership qualities as well as hands on experience & independent.

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing DR using SQL cluster 64bit
• Connecting to existing LIVE server
• Business analysis for DR requirement from end users
• Managing power distribution for DR site
• Testing of DR
• Provide documentation, drawing for network, power, rack & equipment layout
• Dealing with telco for DR link & calculate link requirement
• Broadcast SI with network expertise
• Implementation of SAN/NAS
• Understand broadcast baseband system /automation – Omnibus/ForeTV etc
• Good knowledge of XML

 Requirements:

• Experienced in handling Data Recovery (DR) projects
• Familiar with HP equipments specifically HP Business copy & EVA SAN for DR
• Candidates with experience in broadcasting or telco will have an added advantage
• Able to work independently & meeting datelines
• Proven track record in past or current projects
