Our client is a well known organisation in the IT industry & they are looking for Software Developer/Programmer Lead to lead a team to develope & implement Windows Mobile products & projects. He/She must be experienced in leading a team of similiar capacity & with hands-on experience in C++, TCP/IP networking & various database like Oracle, MySQL & SQL server. The incumbents must have a proven track record & able to handle projects.

Responsibilities:

• To lead a team of developers in developing & implementing Windows Mobile based products & projects
• Conduct requirements study & prepare both requirements & design specifications
• Assist pre-sales team in pre-sales activity
• Ensure software development process adhere to procedure, guideline & quality objectives
• Engaged in project management when required

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate or  Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Diploma holders with relevant working experience in a similiar position will be considered
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in software developement
• 2 Full-Time positions available
• Proficient in programming in C++
• Programming skill in Java is added advantage
• Preferably with experience in developing application in Windows Mobile platform
• Good working knowledge in TCP/IP networking
• Familiar with various database including Oracle, SQL server & MySQL
