Responsible for generating and implementing sales and marketing management strategies to maximise commercialisation of oncology products and achieve sales target of oncology products.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Perform a range of activities to effectively market assigned Oncology products, such as managing Product Managment, Pricing strategy, launching new products, overseeing advertising campaign, appointing distributors, and monitoring sales performance.
· Monitor, analyse and evaluate market trends, competitor activity to identify market opportunities.
· Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, monitor sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts, develop plan to improve sales performance.
· Coordinate and liase with other function in order to generate new ideas related to product development.
· Allocate resources and schedule for marketing activities according to the importance of each product.
· Liase with advertising and promotions specialists to design sales campaigns that are consistent and effective for the target customers.
· Build strategic partnership with Key Opinion Leader, hospitals, and distributors.
· Direct and manage a team of field force.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree in Life Science (Medical/Pharmacy/Biomedical/Biotechnology Science)
- 4 to 6 proven sales record
- Update knowledge on Biotech / Diagnostics new concepts and recent development.
- Marketing & Entrepreneurial Insight, Building Partnerships, Executive Disposition, Work Standards, Operational Decision Making, Aligning Performance for Success
- Business Acumen, Planning & Organizing, Information Monitoring, Negotiation, Global Acumen, Adaptability
- Provide budgetting functions.
- Demonstrate social contact to all employees in organization, with Department Heads, general public, Key Opinion Leader, and distributors.
