Q1 : Who is your Target Audience?
A1 : A mix of graduates, working professionals, and students (16 years old and above).
Q2 : Can companies sell products and services?
A2 : NO. The fair is meant for recruitment drives. Only companies that are recruiting employees may exhibit.
Q3 : Can 2 companies use 1 booth? (e.g. “one is actually our subsidiary”)
A3 : Requests will be considered on a case by case basis.
Q4 : What is a Fascia board?
A4 : It is the piece of board located above your booth entrance where your company name will be displayed.
Q5 : Any discount for a package?
A5 : No discounts will be given.
Q6 : When is the deadline to send in the confirmation payment after sending the application form?
A6 : Confirmation payment is due within 2 weeks after we receive the Booth Order Form. We are unable to hold booths for longer than that. To ensure that you get your desired booth location, we advise you to send in the confirmation payment as soon as possible.
Q7 : Can we distribute our flyers throughout the event?
A7 : As long as you are a paid exhibitor, you will be allowed to distribute flyers within your booth space at the venue.
Q8 : Can we put up buntings?
A8 : Yes, you are allowed to put up items that do not require nails. You can design your booth as you wish, as long as all your items stay within your booth space.
Q9 : Can exhibitors bring their own chairs/other furniture to the booth?
A9 : Exhibitors may bring extra chairs and light furniture that require no new construction on the Booths at no extra charge. |
