Alfredo Yatco III (Chairman) – Mr. Yatco is a reputable entrepreneur and presently runs several businesses pertaining to international trade and education. A former executive of several multinational companies (Guess, Carl’s Jr., Gold’s Gym, Seiko Phils.), he has turned his social entrepreneurial ideals into helping people find meaningful work as well as enriching the youth by constantly improving educational methodology in several academic institutions he teaches in. Mr. Yatco also runs several significant training courses and continues to come up with new TESDA-certified training modules to help the financially-challenged find productive means of improving their families’ quality of life.
Gary Manansala (Chief Executive Officer) – In the competitive world of BPO and IT Services, Mr. Manansala is proven to be a cut above the rest. He started his career as a rank-and-file and rose to become one of the youngest general managers of a multimillion-dollar BPO company. He presently enjoys a vast network across several and similar industries – a testament to his enviable ability and competence to transform any developing organization into an overnight success.
Nikko Tani (Operations Manager) – Mr. Tani is an idealist that believes that “the right work” exists for every individual. He began his career in recruitment and has flourished to be a highly effective Human Resources Manager. His profession covers recruitment, employee relations, organizational development, staffing and executive search. Interestingly enough, Mr. Tani’s professional approach is always infused with personal attention, earning him the trust and confidence of clients.
Anna Cecilia Mangilin (Recruitment Supervisor) – Ms. Mangilin has spent an entire career in technical recruitment. With a vast experience under her belt, her ability to handle corporate human resource requirements as well as that of outsourced HR administrative services come second nature.
