• Choices - Letters, Memos, Proposals, Papers, E-Mails, Minutes, Essays & Articles, etc
• Challenges - Overcoming mental blocks and fears & managing emotions.
• Creating - conceiving, thinking and planning
• Content - collecting and organizing the facts, figures and the message.
• Composing - writing correctly and in understandable English.
• Conciseness - economizing words without losing objectives.
• Clarity - saying it clearly.
• Coherence - does it make sense & am I logica
• Courtesy - writing with empathy & feeling the pulse.
• Completeness - have I got it all there?
• Correctness - spelling, grammar, punctuation, language, layout
• Checking - the feedback from the recipient.


Workshop Leader
Kamal Kant is owner of Next Transition. He conducts a variety of workshops in the areas of management and development as well as career growth, people skills, personal effectiveness.

Kamal also provides research and writing services for articles, presentations and reports to corporate and individual clients. His articles have been published in the local news media, professional publications and the Internet. He also lectures in Strategic & Change Management and Human Resources Management in SHRI's Diploma in Human Resources Management programme.

Kamal has worked with a number of large organisations over the past 29 years and has developed extensive experience in administration, operations, business growth, work place efficiency, people development and management.


Methodology
Personal Coaching! Participants are requested to submit their own writing samples.
Trainer will give individual coaching on the strength and weakness of their writing style.
