Understanding Employee Behavior
Empathize thinking and logic patterns of followers and subordinates. Group thinking and team building.

Appraisal and Performance Feedback
Establishing performance standards and goal setting as a result of guiding and motivating staff to perform by appraisal and performance feedback.

Handling Complaints and Dealing with Conflicts
Grievance handling skills, understanding of complaints, and resolving of conflicts designed for win-win solutions. Influencing others to resolute workplace challenges.

Leading Change & Transitions
Becoming a role model to lead change and transitions in the workplace to approach them as opportunities.


Workshop Leader
Kamal Kant is owner of Next Transition, a training consultancy focusing on people transition, organizational change and development for businesses adjusting, adapting and transiting to the new knowledge based economy. He conducts a variety of workshops in the areas of management and development as well as career growth, people skills, personal effectiveness and strategic development.

Kamal provides research and writing services for articles, presentations and reports to corporate and individual clients. His articles have been published in the local news media, professional publications and the Internet. He also lectures in Strategic & Change Management and Human Resources Management in SHRI's Diploma in Human Resources Management program.

Kamal has worked with a number of large organizations over the past 29 years and has developed extensive experience in administration, operations, business growth, people development and management.
