Communication plays an important part in our everyday life, whether in work or play. To be heard and understood is fundamental in effective communication.

 

The facilitator, Audrey Quek spoke to more than 80 participants on 4th Aug on the importance of not only verbal but also non-verbal language to ensure effective communication

 

Participants also learnt that Job seekers should enhance their communication skills to improve connectivity with their listeners as well as to maintain their competitiveness in today's ever-challenging environment.
