Like many people, I have been hunting for a job. I have been subscribing to JobsDB.com Job Alert and my resume was made viewable to all employers.

Recently, I received a call asking me to come down for an interview for a Quality Assurance position. I went to this company and they told me they saw my resume in JobsDB.com. The interview went well and at the end of it, they offered me the job.

I happened across JobsDB.com when I was a fresh graduate looking for jobs. Since then, I am convinced that I will only rely on JobsDB.com for any future jobs. In fact, my last and current jobs were found in JobsDB.com.

I really love its huge database, its close matches to my criteria and user-friendly interface.

Even before I accepted a position with my present company, I found the job alerts very useful as it gave me the opportunity to continue writing and seeking after job vacancies instead of twiddling my thumbs for the weekend recruit pages in the newspapers.

I wrote in to about 10 companies who were in the job alerts, and about 4 of them responded.

For this present job that I am in, a senior position in a statutory board, it was the management consultant who advertised the position. After calling me for an interview, I was shortlisted to meet the client. To cut the long (and good) story short, the clients offered the job after only 2 interviews.

I have used other job sites but I find that yours to be the best and friendliest in terms of features. As a believer of your site, I still subscribe to your job alerts. It’s for me to send appropriate job openings to my friends.

While I was still in India and desperately looking for a job, I registered my resume with JobsDB.com.

One day, out of the blue, I received an email from a company which had seen my resume. Within a few days, they conducted a telephone interview from Singapore and flew me to their offices in Singapore, the Philippines and Indonesia. Now, I am based in Singapore.

Though a few months have passed, I still cannot believe what has happened. I sincerely thank JobsDB.com, whose network is not only useful to Singaporeans but also to the rest of the world.
