In the two-day Career and Education Fair 2006, JobsDB Philippines showcased various activities including career development seminars, personality assessments, a fashion show, speech contests, bands and an education forum.

A number of guests of honour attended this event including Her Excellency President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo as well as government officials namely Department of Labour and Employment (DOLE) Secretary Patricia Sto. Tomas and Presidential Management Staff and Presidential Adviser for Job Creation Sec. Arthur Yap. JobsDB.com Chairman, Mr. Samuel Sung, together with JobsDB Philippines Inc. President Mr. Edwin Coseteng, accompanied the guests of honour to participate in the ribbon-cutting ceremony to officiate at the event.

At the event, press conferences were held and more than 185 computers were set up for registration and online job application.
